Started Because a Tech Quoted Us $900 to Clean Four Vents

Universe Air Ducts started in 2016 after our founder, Daniel, got handed a $900 invoice for a job that took under an hour — no camera, no before-and-after, no explanation of what was actually found. He spent the next few months getting NADCA-trained, buying real source-removal equipment, and going back out as a licensed contractor — this time doing the work the way he wished it had been done for him. We launched out of a single truck with a flat-rate price sheet taped to the dash and one rule: nothing gets added to the bill after the estimate.

Years later, Universe Air Ducts runs multiple crews and books work across several metros — but the flat-rate rule and the camera-documentation requirement have never changed. Every job ships with timestamped photos of the duct interior before the clean and after, so you can see exactly what was there and exactly what left. The team is background-checked, fully insured, and books same-week in most markets.

• Flat pricing, no line-item surprises. Your quote covers the full job; we have never charged a customer more than the estimate they approved.
• NADCA-trained on real equipment. We use truck-mounted negative-air systems, not portable shop-vac rigs, because duct cleaning needs real airflow volume to actually work.
